This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, experienced and highly motivated fundraiser to join the Global Visionaries (GV) team. In this role, the successful candidate will work with the Leadership Team, Board of Directors and the Development Committee to plan and coordinate all aspects of resource development for Global Visionaries.
The Development Manager provides leadership to all fundraising initiatives. S/he will identify, organize and manage the development activities, including special events such as the annual auction, point of entry events and online giving campaigns. S/he will have extensive and proven experience in fundraising and grant management, and will be able to use this experience, ideally within major gifts and fundraising campaigns, to build upon existing relationships while cultivating new donors, corporate partnerships, and in-kind donors.

A highlight of the program is the extraordinary international cultural immersion experience in Guatemala involving language and cultural immersion, volunteer work with Guatemalan teens.
