Job description

Presbyterian Children's Village is currently seeking several full-time Treatment Foster Care Case Managers. The TFC Case Manager is responsible for providing all levels of direct services to all levels of Foster Care Families that include but are not limited to assessment, case planning and implementation and discharge planning. Each TFC Case Manager is responsible for a caseload which could include kinship, foster, medical or treatment foster care clients.

The qualified candidate for this position will have a minimum of 1 year experience in foster care; MUST have clinical case management experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; excellent communication skills (oral/written) and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds; excellent critical thinking skills are a must. Master's degree in Social Work or a related field required. Must be able to successfully pass all criminal, child abuse and FBI clearances. Must have a clean driving record for last 3 years. Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. Must be able to work flexible hours, primarily evenings with some weekends and holidays depending on program needs.
