Through this opportunity, the Program Leaders will lead a multinational staff, managing lead teachers and assisting the Academic Director in overseeing curriculum development, staff support, program evaluation, and strategic planning for the Preparatory Years Program. Successful candidates for this opportunity will be highly adaptable and culturally aware. Previous international experience is required. Candidates must possess experience creating curriculum, refining assessment methods, and providing support and guidance to language learners. Previous leadership experience is a must, along with a high degree of professionalism.
