SCO IS LOOKING FOR A WELL- QUALIFIED ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

Administrative manager will ensure the site's compliance with contractual obligations for city and private funders, the smooth functioning of the program office, and oversight of administrative team

MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee personnel files for team of 25 staff to comply with agency, city & state regulations
  • Manage timesheet process for staff
  • Ensure compliance of Americorps contract requirements for this site
  • Manage and input data for multiple city contracts and private funding streams
  • Provide translation for students and families
  • Help prepare for and staff community events
  • Manage the stipend program for participants in two programs
  • Help program directors maintain budgets

MINIMUM SKILLS AND QULIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Education/Degree: Bachelor's degree required
  • Years of Experience: At least one year of office related experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, highly organized and dependable
  • Have a flexible personality, ready to help when asked
  • Able to communicate well with teenagers, parents, and outside-agency staff
  • Demonstrate accurate data entry skills
  • Bilingual Chinese/English or Spanish/English required
