New Hope Housing, a dynamic non profit serving homeless men, women and children in a variety of programs, is currently recruiting for a full time, passionate individual to join our team dedicated to end homelessness!
Case Manager – Full Time.
Reporting to the Program Coordinator, this position will be responsible for successful case management of a new program, in a newly built facility: a service enriched, highly visible, first of its kind model in Fairfax County, serving single males and females living in a single room efficiency type apartment. You will have the opportunity to work with individual residents on a daily basis, assisting them in day to day life skills, as they begin their new lives in this exciting new program!
The successful candidate will hold a minimum of a bachelor degree in a related field, experience working with the homeless who may be resistent to services, mental illness, and be flexible as we "learn as we go" with this new program. Some weekends and evenings may be required. A valid driver's license, vehicle, good driving record (DMV record will need to be supplied), as well as ability to be insured is required.
