SCO IS LOOKING FOR A WELL- QUALIFIED BILINGUAL SOCIAL WORKER
The Social Worker will be responsible for Family Counseling and Case Management.
MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a caseload of 15 families and evaluate their strengths and developmental needs.
- Provide group and individual counseling.
- The goal is to ensure the safety and enhance the well being of children and families facingmany stressors.
- Home visits are required. The candidate must have the ability to meet required standards, to maintain case records, make home visits, school visits, advocate for family's needs, as well as monitor medical and educational services.
MINIMUM SKILLS AND QULIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Education/Degree: Master's of Social Work, MSW candidates or other related degree.
- Years of Experience: At least two years of related work or internship experience in the field.
- Bilingual English Spanish a must
