Description: Cascade AIDS Project (CAP) is the oldest and largest provider of HIV prevention, education, housing, advocacy and support services in Oregon and Southwest Washington. We are seeking an experienced Director of Development and Communications. Fulltime and exempt, this position reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for fund-raising activities at Cascade AIDS Project. Cascade AIDS Project operates with a $6 million annual budget, of which approximately $1.3 million is raised from individuals (combination of events and donor solicitations), and approximately $300k from grants. The Director of Development and Communications oversees 2.75 staff including a Grants Coordinator, Development Specialist, and Events Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working in a non-profit setting with management and development experience and a proven track record of success in fundraising. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Qualifications:
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annual salary dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include employer-paid health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance; 401(k) retirement plan with generous employer matching contribution, 125C cafeteria savings plan; and generous vacation and health leave benefits.
