Leadership for Education Equity (LEE) seeks a seasoned strategic leader and project manager to serve as Senior Director, Strategy. Reporting to LEE's Vice President of Strategy and Operations, the successful candidate will provide critical support and thought partnership, will be a strong problem solver with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), and will build relationships with a diverse set of individuals and organizations.
The Senior Director, Strategy will manage the Strategy & Analysis team and serve on the Strategy and Operations management team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA (or equivalent level degree), experience with a major strategy consulting firm, a deep personal alignment with our mission and core values, and a passion for education.
Benefits and Salary:
Salary for this position is competitive and depends on prior experience. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package is included.
