Provide case management and substance abuse counseling to a caseload of approximately 25 to 35 clients Conduct initial client intake interviews and assessment. Write and update individual client-based, goal-orientated treatment plans following OASAS guidelines Conduct individual and group counseling sessions; Maintain detailed case records following OASAS guidelines. Complete activity reports per program requirements. Qualified Health Professional preferred (CASAC or MSW,) with dlinical experience in a drug abuse treatment environment; Knowledge of addiction and recovery dynamics and treatment intervention modes Good written and verbal communication skills important.
