Career Resource Specialist – Work Opportunities Unlimited
Work Opportunities Unlimited, a Human Services organization, is looking for energetic individuals to join our Career Services Team in the Northbridge and surrounding areas. Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting adults and youth with disabilities in developing career goals, job-seeking skills, transitioning from school to work, securing employment and life skills training. In addition, the successful candidate will collaborate with businesses and develop partnerships with employers to secure community-based long-term employment for individuals. This is a part time position with 20-25 hours weekly and room for growth to full time.
Successful candidates must:
- · Have a passion to make a difference in people's lives
- · Enjoy working in the community
- · Experience with youth ages 14-21
- · Have strong communication skills
- · Are able to work autonomously and in collaboration with the community.
- · Excellent problem solving skills
