Ashoka's Integrated Technology Initiative (ITI) is looking for a committed individual to play a leading role in delivering fast, high-quality support and training to our global staff. The selected candidate will oversee Ashoka's Salesforce case management process, and will work with Ashoka's team of remote, Tier-1 support vendors, end users, and Ashoka's Salesforce Platform Manager to manage user requests, test new solutions, and validate changes on Ashoka's Salesforce instance. This position plays a critical role in enabling staff to leverage Salesforce in fulfilling Ashoka's vision, and is an excellent opportunity for a data-oriented, creative, technically adept individual to help Ashoka amplify its effectiveness in driving global change.
