Description

Giving What We Can is recruiting!

Giving What We Can is at the cutting edge of the struggle against global poverty. We give you the tools you need to make a stand against global poverty by providing information, support and advice based on carefully considered evidence. At GWWC we believe in being smart about charity.

We are looking for someone to communicate Giving What We Can's message to the world. As Communications Manager you would be responsible for handling our press relations and guiding our public image.

  • Are you passionate about fighting global poverty through effective giving? Do you have a knack for communicating difficult issues and getting people excited about new ideas? If so, we would love to hear from you.

Giving What We Can is part of the Centre for Effective Altruism (CEA), a young and fast-expanding charity based in Oxford. CEA is committed to making the world a better place in a considered, evidence-based way.

You'll be part of a focused team of intelligent, enthusiastic, driven colleagues. Everyone involved in CEA is passionate about their work, making the office an inspiring place to be. Because we're growing so quickly, there is lots of room for your responsibilities to develop as we expand.
