Description

SUMMARY: Provides trauma informed case management, including assessment, information and referral, goal setting, and direct advocacy. Maintain the safety and comfort of 58 veteran households and provide cooperative case management, planning and coordination of services for veterans.

  • Reports To: Program Manager, Renton Veterans Center
  • Status: Full time (40 hours), Nonexempt
  • Shift: Days, Tuesday through Saturday

EXPERIENCE:

  • BA degree in social work or related field or equivalent, relevant work experience (equivalent is approximately six years in social service).
  • Two years social services experience with a year of case management dealing with issues of homelessness or supportive housing, mental illness, substance abuse, and/or employment.
  • Experience with veterans a plus.
