The Online Services Manager is responsible for managing, reviewing, consulting and at times providing content and technical support for partner program sites (i.e., athletesforacure.org, homerunchallenge.org, and prostatecancerstore.org, among others) with an eye to maintaining web brand integrity. This position will also manage special online services such as registration pages for PCF's Annual Scientific Retreat and other events. The manager may also oversee social media activities.
The Online Services Manager is also responsible for the development, maintenance and tracking of all online communications including pcf.org, electronic communications to PCF constituents, including donors and patients, PCF's online store platform, and the development of online newsletters and special campaigns. With PCF's website being the first and primary source of introduction and information, this position is crucial to supporting the mission, goals and brand of the organization.
Working on the communications team, the webmaster is fully integrated and has day-to-day interface with all operations of PCF including science, database, finance, development and administration.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage and assess all web properties and content and develop new content and graphics on an on-going basis
- Develop and deploy all e-communications, including multiple monthly newsletters and online giving appeals
- Research and implement SEO best practices to drive traffic to pcf.org and other pcf-related websites
- Manage PCF's PPC (pay-per-click) campaign
- Track latest developments and best practices for web operations and make appropriate recommendations for PCF
- Maintain all PCF online giving forms and portals
- Schedule and integrate web-based communications for PCF's various departments
- Track and create detailed reports of web and email statistics
- Manage key vendors
- Support social media activities
- Update the communications team on online activities on a regular basis
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or with related work experience
- Minimum 4-6 years in a similar position with demonstrated success
- Ability to write and edit HTML code and knowledge of CSS
- Experience in using graphic editing software, such as Photoshop
- Demonstrated experience in online marketing (SEO, PPC)
- Demonstrated creativity with ability to maintain design standards
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with full attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and strategize
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, rolling priorities
- Proficiency with basic office computer programs
- A customer-oriented, service orientation

Preferred Qualifications:
- A portfolio of previous web work, including sites or email communications designed and managed (links in cover letter or email are fine as well)
- Familiarity with Blackbaud (formerly Kintera) Sphere CMS
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Drupal, and basic video editing
