Jam Camp West

Jam Camp West is an exciting six-day journey designed exclusively for youth ages 10 through 14 from racially, economically, and musically diverse backgrounds. The program, which promotes awareness of the beautiful environment at Redwood Glen and designed for any skill level, is guaranteed to inspire great music, friendships and life long memories. Kids do not need special talents or skills – only a sense of adventure and willingness to try. Hands-on classes provide exposure to contemporary and diverse cultural trends in jazz, and offer a youth oriented, fun, and extremely creative experience. Jam Camp is geared towards the process, not the outcome. Campers experience a supportive environment where they can try new things, gain inspiration to further their creative endeavors, and find access to mentors and teachers.
