Communities develop, grow and thrive best when there is liberty, art, respect for individual choices, peace and diversity. Government often interferes with and inhibits the free development of community.

It is the mission of the Philadelphia Community Development Resource Center to restore the spirit of freedom that marks Philadelphia's rich history by advocating for less intrusive government, more personal liberty, localism, resilient neighborhoods, sustainable growth, business-friendly policies, preparedness-minded residents, and fiscal responsibility.
