The
San Francisco Children of Incarcerated Parents Partnership
(SFCIPP) is a coalition of social service
providers, representatives of government bodies, advocates and others who work
with or are concerned about children of incarcerated parents and their
families. SFCIPP works to improve the lives of
children affected by the criminal
justice system by advocating for the implementation of the
Bill of
Rights: Children or
Incarcerated Parents which underscores the children’s needs and the importance of
their family bonds at a policy and programmatic level across a broad range of
public and private agencies.
