TCDC is breaking systemic poverty through 3 initiatives. A job readiness program, an affordable housing project, and a young parents campus. The job readiness program offers individuals resume, cover letter, and job search education. Our affordable housing project empowers low income families and gives them opportunity to live in a safe and warm environment. The Young Parents Campus educates and empowers teenage mothers. We will offer housing, education, workshops, and holistic parenting classes for the family.
