Microfinance and Community Development Institute

Our vision is to make an effective contribution towards eradicating poverty while participating in the development of an equitable and sustainable society through micro-credit and education. From this we work to assist capacity building for three groups- microfinance institutions, small and medium enterprises and poor households, especially those who are classified as disadvantaged and/or those living in remote areas. Our goal is to support these organizations in strengthening their abilities to offer more competitive products and services to the poor and marginalized members of society in sustainable ways. It is our intention to be recognized as a regional resources and leader in building the capacity of other MFIs, but also in the dissemination of best practices, successful models and academic programming.
