ShPIeL -- a dynamic new theatre and performance incubator project; producer of innovative works putting identity, culture and heritage into “play”. Based in Chicago and working with theatre artists worldwide, ShPIeL develops and deepens the theatre artist and performance projects through cultural identities and narratives; produces theatre and performance; provides professional networks for theatre and performing art; educates about performance that comes from identity; and is dedicated to creating a transformative community.
