The New York Immigration Coalition (NYIC) is an umbrella advocacy organization for approximately 200 groups in New York State that work with "newcomers" to our country -- immigrants, refugees, and asylees. As the coordinating body for organizations serving one of the largest and most diverse newcomer populations in the United States, the NYIC has become a leading advocate for immigrant communities on both the local and national levels.
