    The Pediatric and Adolescent HIV/AIDS Program, Care2Prevent, in the section of Pediatric Infectious Diseases works under the direction of the Principal Investigator and Clinical Director to provide patient care, case management, behavioral health services, and prevention and outreach programs for people living with HIV and those who are most vulnerable to HIV infection on Chicago's South Side. Our comprehensive approach to prevention and treatment seeks to provide continuity of care, increase sexual health awareness & literacy, and reduce stigma among affected populations.
