To promote the dissemination, evaluation, and development of effective school reform, leadership development, professional development, and organizational design strategies used in K-12 education, higher education, and public/private organizations, especially in organizations serving communities with limited access to exemplary school reform, leadership development, professional development, and organizational design strategies. The 4MAT Foundation continues the work of Dr. Bernice McCarthy and the development of the 4MAT System begun in 1979, which values diversity and promotes quality learning for all learners.
