Women's Power Space

  • About Us

Women’s Power Space is an innovative and intersectional space for women located in downtown Poughkeepsie. It is a place for women to come together to practice yoga and other embodied arts to heal our minds, bodies, and spirits. It is also a safe space for women to meet in community, to develop their projects, express their dreams, and create peace. Women’s Power Space is a nourishing, evolving, and open-minded community that is founded in feminist, anti-racist, and queer principles.
We are seeking instructors for our yoga and embodied arts programs. We do not have a physical location yet, but are working on building our team and engaging with the community right now, while actively working to secure a physical space.
