The WellMOM Foundation a faith based non-profit organization that provides free health care to single working mothers and their children who do not qualify for state assistance and cannot afford needed health care services.
With a philanthropic network of licensed practitioners from all aspects of care, including conventional, complementary, and alternative medicine, we strive to meet the unique needs of each family we serve. As we fill the most basic needs of these single parents and their children, they can improve their self-sufficiency and succeed in life.
Our services are not a hand out --but a hand up. To qualify, mothers must be single, working/student, and unable to afford health insurance or needed health care, and may not be reliant on state assistance. We provide continuing and preventative care so these families can stay healthy, allowing them to focus their energy on achieving their dreams and goals.
