About Us
The mission of the Douglas County AIDS Project (DCAP) is the provision of direct client services, through collaboration with other agencies, to individuals and families infected and affected by HIV and AIDS in the service area. DCAP will also provide leadership to the community, and serve as a community resource, in the areas of HIV and AIDS education and prevention.
