About Us
CONTACT Lancaster Helpline exists to provide a presence to those who are hurting, lonely, recovering, suicidal or just working through an issue. Our listening and referral service is free of charge, confidential, anonymous, and non-judgmental. We maintain a Helpline, Kidsline and Teen Line, Deaf Contact relay service, and CONTACT Reassurance, whereby elderly or infirm clients are phoned daily. We answer calls to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and the National Hopeline, which originate in Pennsylvania.
