PACC aka Performing Arts & Creative Classes is an arts-based enrichment program offering classes in the performing, creative and visual arts. We ally with schools and community organizations to bring our program offerings to a diverse group of students and families in the NYC area.
PACC's core mission is to provide our students strong foundational instruction that will build important life skills and foster creative proliferation in preparation for lifelong artistic expression. Numerous studies have highlighted that arts education is one of the most creative ways we have to tap into our children's brilliant potential, enhancing their abstract and spatial reasoning which in turn greatly improves their math, science and reading skills. In light of recent school budget cuts, many schools will now unfortunately have to cut their all too important arts and enrichment programs, and PACC aims to assist in filling this gap by providing students with quality instruction that is still affordable for parents. PACC provides parents the convenience of access to quality arts instruction and enrichment, available to their child at their primary school site, eliminating the often challenge of scheduling transportation to off-site and/or weekend classes.
PACC manages an after-school enrichment program currently serving elementary students in grades K-5 and runs enrichment works shops at schools in Brooklyn's Park Slope, Prospect Heights and Lefferts Gardens neighborhoods.
