NOBOCOMM is a 501c3 Non Profit organization established to connect people to information and services. Our initial focus will be Disaster and Emergency Rapid Response and Recovery accessible communications. We will also deliver critically needed community outreach in the areas of health, education, workforce development and veterans outreach. Our success will be based on sustaining an extensive international volunteer network including expertise in (but not limited to) ASL/ISL, Spoken Language Translation, Accessibility, Technology, Communications, Assistive Technology, Logistics, and Operations.
