The Maryland School of Public Policy (MSPP) was founded in 1981 as a small school with big ideas. In a short period of time, we have become a major player, experiencing incredible success and momentum in building our program and earning our reputation. By reaching beyond our own intellectual community, we have created a new standard for what schools of public policy can accomplish. The Maryland School of Public Policy's national ranking reflects the school's place amongst the premier policy institutions in the nation.

MSPP offers masters degrees in public policy and public management designed to meet the unique needs of the many different students attracted to international and public service. We have specializations in:
