Opening Minds. Changing Lives.

Mental Health America of the Triangle, formerly known as the Mental Health Association in Orange County, believes it's past time to broaden our view of health to include the wellbeing of our minds.

We work to increase the value our community places on mental health, improve understanding and perceptions about mental illness, and support those who live with these conditions. We do this work by sponsoring community-wide events, sharing information about mental illness, and providing free programs to people in need of mental health services.
