Description

The Institute for Energy Innovation (IEI) is a not-for-profit organization focused on promoting greater public understanding of advanced energy and its economic potential for Michigan. IEI carries out this mission through research and analysis, development of data-driven reports and policy recommendations, public education and engagement, and building a robust network of businesses and economic development organizations engaged in Michigan's advanced energy economy.

IEI is the sister organization of the Michigan Energy Innovation Business Council (Mi-EIBC), a business association representing companies in Michigan's growing advanced energy sector.
