Painted Children

Our programs and initiatives are aimed at protecting and empowering vulnerable children, women and the disabled, ensuring a bright and healthy future for all. We have just developed our first UK based project and are now recruiting volunteers. Working alongside Newham Disabled children and young person's team volunteers will support young people with disabilties in the community, befriending, mentoring and furnishing them with skills they will need to live a confident and independent adult life. Volunteers will receive initial and ongoing traing and support. Painted Children also hold many events for which we often need help. Painted Children work strictly alongside ur equal opportunties and diversity policy, anyone joining the team must be friendly, open minded, able to get along with people from all walks of life and enthusiastic. Also the happiness of wellbeing of all those connected with the charity is our uppermost concern, protection and advocacy will always be a priority.
