About us

The Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon (FCCO) is a nonprofit spay/neuter program for outdoor stray and feral cats. We're dedicated to improving the lives and humanely reducing the population of outdoor community cats through spay/neuter efforts and education. We provide donation-based spay/neuter clinics where caregivers bring in the feral cats they feed. All cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and then returned to their caregivers. The caregivers, in turn, make a commitment to continue to feed and care for the cats. Since our founding in 1995, more than 64,000 stray and feral cats have been spayed/neutered and vaccinated through our program.
