About Us
The Mission of the Baltimore Urban Debate League (BUDL) is to improve the educational opportunities for Baltimore City public school students by empowering them to become engaged learners, critical thinkers, and active citizens who are effective advocates for themselves and their communities. Through their participation in team policy debate, BUDL strives to increase academic achievememt, increase graduation rates, and encourage more students to continue on to college.
