  • About Us

GPMBSA is a Philadelphia based 501(C)3 firm, first established in December 2001. The mission of the GPMBSA is to serve as an advocate in promoting the establishment and growth of minority businesses through the coordination and leveraging of established public and private resources into a strategic network that provides technical assistance, financial resources and business opportunities to the businesses we serve.

The GPMBSA also serves as the US Department of Transportation's Mid-Atlantic Small Business Transportation Resource Center (SBTRC).

Our ability to execute our mission is based on our ability to maximize support services for minority businesses by establishing relationships, alliances and cooperative efforts to identify and align resources to meet existing needs.
