Our Mission

To provide the community at large, without discrimination, an innovative solution to eliminate food insecurities by teaching people to be responsible and accountable for meeting their basic needs and equipping them with tools needed to overcome financial difficulty.

Our Vision:

HPPCFC projects in the next two years to be a nationally recognized Food Center with multiple centers throughout southern and northern California. We will continue our mission maintaining consistency through a broader scope to more regions by empowering underserved communities at large, with our innovative solution to eliminate food, clothing, and personal care insecurities by seeing our replication process in full effect. Families /individuals who have come through the program are progressing on to success and or replicating the program within their community. Multiple gardens the necessary tools to be responsible and accountable for meeting their basic need that they have helped further the mission of teaching to eradicate food, clothing and personal care insecurities. Having made huge stride in re-engineering generational financial inaptitude the consumers we have impacted are paying it forward by teaching those in there sphere the tools of proper financial management and debt solvency revitalizing the age old adage of home economics, within sustainable, affordable communities.
