Challenges include costs of training and deploying additional personnel on site, as well as efficiently matching community members with services available, and engaging in ongoing, accurate dialogue with a population.
Question Box deploys public helpline installations into underserved communities that facilitate information exchange, community surveying, and connecting individuals to needed services.
Our team works with partner core program teams to develop quick-to-launch, public helpline installation deployments – called Question Boxes. Question Box systems extend program engagement to new geographies and new demographics – so people can remotely access services and real-time information they need to stay safe, be healthy, share information, access an education, or safeguard their agricultural livelihood.
