Jewish Eco Seminars

Jewish Eco Seminars engages and educates the Jewish community through inspiring programs linking Israel, the environment, and Jewish values. Since September, 2010, JES has reached over 2500 Jews in Israel and North America with its innovative, dynamic programming. JES has worked with groups from institutions including Birthright, BBYO, the JCCA, and Hadassa—Young Judaea. It has developed and implemented a range of innovative outdoor educational programs, relating to food, water conservation, trees, and sustainability.

• In Israel, JES provides experiential, guided programs in English, Spanish, and Hebrew on a range of subjects and places for groups, couples and individuals.
• In North America, JES delivers dynamic talks, classes, and activities on Israel-focused Jewish environmental topics to a range of Jewish institutions.
• JES also offers college-accredited distance learning classes on Jewish environmental teachings through an online platform.
• The JES faculty team is comprised of a cohort of dynamic Jewish environmental educators based in Israel and North America.
