About us

Since 1978, the Arizona Land and Water Trust (the Trust) has been committed to protecting southern Arizona's vanishing western landscapes, its heritage of working farms and ranches, wildlife habitat and the water resources that sustain them. We have protected over 36,000 acres through partnerships with landowners, federal, state and local agencies and communities. The Trust also supports and conducts conservation planning activities, public outreach, and education programs aimed at providing landowners, partnering organizations, and agencies with information on land and water conservation options and related incentives.
