At Millennium High School, students learn through project-based learning and benefit from a school-wide literacy infusion that enables at-risk students to succeed. The YMCA is instrumental in establishing an extended-day program, providing staff development, and supporting students during the school day. The design of the school includes on-going professional development for the teachers so they are able to support all students in meeting high academic standards.
