Northwest Wisconsin Community Services Agency, Inc. (NWCSA) is a private, non profit community action agency located in Northwestern Wisconsin. With offices in Superior and Ashland, NWCSA provides over 50 programs to low income households throughout Ashland, Bayfield, Douglas, Iron and Price Counties.

NWCSA is a community-based organization dedicated to the betterment of life for low income residents in our service delivery area. The on-going mission of NWCSA is to secure all available resources to enable low income and disadvantaged persons of all ages to attain the skills and knowledge needed to become self-sufficient.
