Rhode Island School of the Future (RISF) is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization that engages Rhode Island children in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). WE serve over 800 students, ages 6-14, annually. We've produced Robotics Park, a National Robotics Week event for students in grades K-8, annually since 1991. RISF is also the Rhode Island perational partner for FIRST LEGO League (FLL), and its sister program, Jr. FLL, these programs engage students in hands-on STEM projects that encourage critical thinking, communication and teamworks skills.
