Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) in Beacon, NY

ARF is a private, non-profit, no-kill, 100% volunteer cat and dog rescue. We are committed to finding new loving homes for unwanted pets. ARF is always looking for more volunteers so stop by or call for more information. As little as 2-3 hours a week can help! ARF offers private obedience training and problem solving lessons for the public & their dogs. Our trainer is a long-time volunteer, member of the APDT, uses positive reinforcement and clicker training, and is available for individual consults as well. The donation is only $5/month ($60/year) and includes a certificate of appreciation, updated photo and letter about your sponsored pet, and visitation during adoption hours (Thurs, Fri, Sat 2-6pm).
