Good Samaritan Health Center, Inc

About Us

The Good Samaritan Health Center, founded in 1998 by Atlanta pediatrician Dr. Bill Warren, offers medical, dental, mental health and social services to Atlanta’s residents who lack health insurance or the means to afford care. The working poor make up about 90% of our patients, while the homeless and those with no income make up about 10%. Patients pay on a significantly reduced sliding fee scale based on their income and household size. Our vision is to be a full-time, comprehensive healthcare home for all of our patients. The Center is in need of a variety of healthcare professionals, such as family care physicians, optometrists, ophthalmologists, neurologists, endocrinologists, urologists, dermatologists, dentists, dental assistants, medical assistants, physician assistants, and many more. By volunteering your time and talent, you will be providing an invaluable opportunity for our patients. Georgia doctors, dentists, and dental hygienists can earn up to 10 continuing education hours by providing uncompensated care at The Center.
