Fairness West Virginia

Fairness West Virginia (FWV) is West Virginia’s statewide civil rights advocacy organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) West Virginians, with thousands of supporters across the state. The “Fairness” organizational structure includes:

1) FWV, a 501(c)(4) advocacy organization that is dedicated to fair treatment and civil rights for LGBT West Virginians. Our mission is to ensure LGBT people can be open, honest and safe at home, at work, and in the community.

2) Fairness West Virginia Institute (FWVI), a 501(c)(3) educational and research organization which engages the public about policies and their effect on West Virginians of all sexual orientations and gender identities and expressions.

3) Fairness Action, a state PAC which works for change through the electoral process.
