The American Red Cross - Badger & South Central Wisconsin Region provides community outreach and education, disaster relief, health and safety training and serves to the Armed Forces to individuals who live and work in the following Wisconsin counties: Adams, Columbia, Crawford, Dane, Grant, Green, Iowa, Jefferson, Juneau, Lafayette, Richland, Rock and Sauk.
Community outreach and education involves providing free information about Red Cross services to the community as well as educating individuals and families about various safety issues and disaster preparedness.

Disaster relief covers basic human needs including food, clothing, temporary lodging, medications and medical supplies, crisis counseling, financial assistance, and referrals to community resources.
Health and Safety services involves training individuals in life-saving skills, such as First Aid, CPR, and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use.
The American Red Cross provides services to the Armed Forces, including emergency communication to deployed service members, support to veterans and their families and special events.
