Nonprofit (London): The Taylor Report

The Taylor Report provides information on the women's rights records of polticians and political parties in Britain. Our aim is to increase transparency over women's rights issues in the UK, to inform voters who are interested in women's rights, and to provide a forum for people to share their views and knowledge of feminism and politics.

I wrote a book on human rights and do not like the term "women's rights". In the theory of true human rights a woman has the same fundamental rights as a man. There are no woman's rights that are different from a man's, yet the term "women's rights" could be interpreted that there are. The term "women's fundamental rights" is more accurate and suggests that fundamental rights are the reference, not rights unique to women.
