Horizon Health Center supports two facilities in Jersey City that focuses on advancing the science of medicine, while providing outstanding patient care. Diverse programs offered include; Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Family Planning, Dentistry, Psychiatry, Podiatry, Youth Educational/Empowerment Programs and Behavioral Health. Each year, Horizon Health Center provides healthcare services to over 12,000 patients and handles more than 40,000 outpatient visits annually. Reflecting both Jersey City's multicultural population and its patient base, Horizon Health Center has over 150 employees and 20 plus physicians on its medical staff. Our Physicians, Dentists, Certified Nurse Midwives, Advanced Practice Nurses, along with other medical staff and allied employees are fluent in most foreign languages and dialects.

We are JCAHO accredited and have all the innovative technology that is expected of a major medical center, but with a difference.
