Mission:
Philadelphia's Young Nonprofit Leaders (PYNL) is a supportive network of peers responding to the needs of individuals who aspire to grow as nonprofit leaders. By offering programs that are relevant and accessible, we expand the knowledge, skills and network of our members, thereby strengthening the impact of the nonprofit sector.

PYNL brings together people working for and with nonprofits, people looking for work with nonprofits, and people who are interested in the work done by nonprofits. PYNL connects people through social events, facilitated networking, and professional development programs.

PYNL, led by volunteers from the local nonprofit community, is a joint project of Action Without Borders-Idealist.org and The Nonprofit Center at LaSalle University.
